Palo Verde, Acacia and Mesquite the three neighborhoods that will come up as part of the master-planned community called the Nevada Trails. The community will include parks, hiking trails and a elementary school.

Many homes at Nevada Trails will feature courtyard entries, island kitchens, 3 bay garages and sun room. All homes are designed according to the ComfortWise® and Energy Star standards. According to the developers Palo Verde features courtyards homes with up to 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and approximately 5,051 square feet. Acacia will feature homes up to 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and approximately 3,308 square feet. One or two story models available. Mesquite will have homes up to 5 bedrooms, ranging in size from 1,535 to 2,435 square feet.
