Nigro Developments are coming up with a new $15 million project at 3245 St. Rose Parkway in Henderson. The four-story, 139 room facility, 75,000 square foot Hampton Inn & Suites is expected to open by the end of 2006. The project will supply the much needed hotel rooms and retail space to the growing area near Henderson Executive Airport and St. Rose Dominican Hospital’s Siena campus. There are more than 90,000 cars, driving through the St. Rose Parkway and Seven Hills Drive and these people will be profited by this development. At the entrance of the 1,300-acre master planned community there will be $25 million mixed use development called The Place At Seven Hills.

The project will also have 17,000 square feet of single level retail space and a restaurant pad. The master planned development’s wood framed, stucco and glass structure are taken care by the Nigro constructions. Mixed-use commercial developments are best suited for the Henderson area.
