Mazzini is a new neighborhood at Tuscany Residential Village in Henderson. Home buyers are enthusiastic about this guard-gated golf course community. The village will comprise seven separate subdivisions and about 2,000 homes.

Rhodes Homes recently began sales at Mazzini, a new neighborhood in the Tuscany Residential Village in Henderson. According to the builders the Montebello and La Piazza neighborhoods are particularly popular among the buyers. Mazzini has incorporated some of the best features of the other neighborhoods by the same builder.

Tuscany has some beautiful features incorporated into the neighborhood like bell tower, a clock tower, an obelisk and a gated cobblestone entry. A recreation center with membership for residents is also planned and construction is to begin in 2006. Various facilities including pool, spa, tennis, basketball courts and fitness center will form part of this center.

If you wish to inspect the homes several model homes are open at Montebello, La Piazza, La Luna and Avellino. Homes in three additional neighborhoods, Terrazzo, Mazzini and Arezzo, are also being available for sale. Prices start at $361,990.
