Painted Desert Homes is located in northwest Las Vegas off the Ann Road and Interstate-95. It’s about 25 minutes northwest of the Las Vegas Strip. Built in the early nineties and are prettily placed around the first desert-target golf course. Designed by Jay Moorish in 1987 the golf course has lush, mature landscaping.

It is a guard-gated community and is a treat to eyes with lush landscaping. Homebuyers have a choice of homes including condos, villas along stately tree lined avenues with the spectacular mountain views. The amenities featured include resident’s only pools, tennis courts, golf courses, clubhouse and other facilities. Some of the Painted Desert Homes even have a grand view of the golf course.
