Green Valley Seeing Some Hectic Activity

Construction and leasing activity were maximum in the year 2004 in Las Vegas. Main activity was within The District at Green Valley Ranch and the Green Valley Corporate Center South. It’s a completely new experience shopping and dining in Las Vegas area’s newest shopping district. It has a “Main Street” layout and you could just stroll into the shops and eateries. Shopping dominates the ground floor and the top two floors are reserved for luxury living.

The Green Valley Corporate Center is a 160-acre business park on the south side of the interstate(I-215. The space along the I-215 is a hot property and has 96% occupancy consistently. Green Valley has continued to lure the tenants because of its location and population .It has easy access to the McCarran international airport. International academy of design and technology, 7- eleven, and Credit Acceptance Corp are few of the companies that have moved into the Green Valley Corporate Center.
