Henderson has a new neighborhood - Avellino. An offering of the Rhodes homes - the Avellino will offer buyers innovative and spacious homes. The neighborhood is one of the several neighborhoods comprising of 7 planned villages and all will linked by a road after the construction is completed.

Buyers of the Avellino neighborhoods homes will have a choice of 8 floor plans each having from 3-5 bedrooms and 2 to 4 and half bathrooms. Located around the Tuscany Golf Club a total of 2000 homes are planned for this neighborhood. A recreation center is also planned but construction will start only in 2006.
