Ivana Las Vegas is located on the northeast corner of the Sahara Avenue and the Strip. It’s Brand name and its design has created flutter among the people but many real estate analyst have doubts about the viability of the project due its location. As the location does not have any new developments at present, people have to be convinced about the positive aspect of the project and the location in order to make them purchase these units.

Ivana, Trump’s former wife believes that the site of Ivana Las Vegas is the best and the tower will dominate the skyline of Las Vegas because there won’t be any high–rise project next to this project because of its proximity to the McCarran International Airport.
