Nevada Trails is a master planned community with three neighborhoods -Palo Verde, Acacia, Mesquite. They plan to have parks, schools and hiking trails by the end of 2005. The comfort wise program that is followed by this planned community has spectrally- selective glass windows, customized air-conditions and extra tight duct system. These extraordinary windows without tinting block 75% of the ultraviolet light while letting in natural light. They reduce the summer cooling bills by 40% because they block the infrared light, which produces heat.
